Common Questions
For stock items such as bagasse clamshell boxes, kraft paper takeout containers, and PLA-coated cups, MOQ typically starts at 50,000–100,000 pieces per size to amortize mold and printing setup costs. Custom-printed (logo or pattern) versions usually require 100,000+ pieces. For smaller pilot orders, we can offer mixed-SKU containers sharing the same print plate, or recommend in-stock plain versions for your initial market test.
Yes. 304 stainless steel flatware in PVD champagne gold, matte black, and rainbow finishes is one of our most requested OEM lines. MOQ for custom PVD color is 1,000–2,000 sets per design, and laser-engraved or embossed logos add 5–7 days to lead time. We provide pre-production samples (PPS) for sign-off before mass production. Lead time is typically 30–45 days for custom color sets and 20–30 days for stock finishes with logo only.
Reusable silicone stretch lids and food-grade silicone storage bags usually require 3,000–5,000 pieces per size for OEM production, mainly due to silicone compression mold setup costs. We can mix 3–4 sizes within the same mold family to share setup. Custom Pantone color matching requires 1,000+ pieces per size. FDA and LFGB food-contact certificates are included at no extra cost.
Yes. We work with many first-time Amazon FBA sellers. For stock items, we can ship as little as 500–1,000 pieces for an initial test (consolidated with other categories to share container space). For fully custom OEM, we recommend a sample run of 1,000–2,000 pieces to validate the market before committing to larger MOQs. We can also help with FNSKU labeling and Amazon carton prep requirements.
Standard lead time is 25–35 days for injection-molded household storage bins, organizers, and drawer dividers in custom Pantone colors. Printed logo adds 5–7 days for plate setup. For stackable modular sets, mold availability may extend lead time by 2–3 weeks if the master mold needs modification. We always confirm the production schedule in writing before deposit.
Our partner factory network maintains the following certifications: ISO 9001:2015 (quality management, all factories), ISO 14001 (environmental management, select factories), BSCI/SMETA (social compliance, most factories), FDA 21 CFR (US food-contact), LFGB (EU food-contact), CE Marking (EU product safety), REACH SVHC (EU chemical safety), California Proposition 65 (US heavy metals/phthalates), FSC (forest stewardship for paper products), and EN 13432/BPI (compostability for eco packaging). Third-party testing is coordinated through SGS, Intertek, TÜV, or Bureau Veritas. Specific certification availability varies by factory and product category — contact us with your product and destination market for a tailored compliance summary.
All products intended for food contact — bagasse clamshells, kraft boxes, parchment paper, glass containers, silicone stretch lids, stainless steel cutlery, and 304 food storage cans — come with FDA (US market), LFGB (EU market), or both certifications. We provide the test reports during sampling and ship the original certificates with bulk orders. REACH, RoHS, and Prop 65 compliance is also available for products sold in California or the EU.
Yes. All pet bowls (stainless steel and ceramic), slow feeders, and litter mats use food-grade 304 stainless steel, food-grade PP, or natural wheat straw fiber. BPA-free, phthalate-free, and lead-free test reports from SGS or Intertek are available on request. Pet toys use non-toxic TPR/TPE and pass EN71 Part 1-3 (EU toy safety) and ASTM F963 (US toy safety).
Resistance bands, yoga mats, foam rollers, and ab wheels are tested for REACH SVHC compliance (under 0.1% by weight) and PAHs levels for EU export. Yoga mats use SGS-certified 6P-free TPE or natural rubber. Stainless steel water bottles and shakers are 18/8 (304) food-grade. We can arrange additional lab testing (BPA-free, latex-allergen) if your target market requires it.
Yes. Our bagasse, kraft paper, PLA-coated paper, and wheat-straw fiber products are designed specifically to comply with EU SUPD 2019/904 and the related PPWR (Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation). We provide TÜV or DIN CERTCO home-compostability and industrial-compostability certificates (EN 13432, ASTM D6400, OK Compost) as required by EU member states.
We support laser engraving, silk-screen printing, pad printing, heat transfer, embroidery, debossing, and custom color (Pantone matching) across virtually all products. Eco packaging supports flexo and offset printing with water-based inks. Stainless steel cutlery supports laser engraving and PVD color matching. Travel accessories support embroidery, woven labels, and custom zipper pullers. Mold modification is available for plastic and silicone products with higher MOQ.
Yes. We design and produce color boxes (E-flute corrugated or FBB cardboard), shrink sleeves, blister cards, hangtags, and polybags with barcodes. For Amazon FBA, we follow Amazon's packaging rules (no suffocation warnings on polybags under 5 mil, FNSKU labels, etc.). MOQ for custom retail packaging is typically 1,000–3,000 pieces. We can source FSC-certified paperboard for EU eco brands.
Full OEM from concept: (1) brief and design consultation (3–5 days), (2) 3D render and material proposal (5–7 days), (3) sample making (10–20 days for plastic/silicone, 7–10 days for stainless steel), (4) sample approval, (5) mass production (20–45 days depending on material and quantity). Total: 8–14 weeks from concept to first shipment for fully custom products.
Yes — this is one of our core advantages. We regularly consolidate 4–6 product categories (e.g., kitchenware + household + pet + travel) into one 20'GP or 40'HQ container. This saves you 15–30% on per-shipment logistics costs, simplifies customs filing, and reduces the number of suppliers you need to manage. We provide a consolidated packing list and commercial invoice.
We support FOB Shenzhen, CIF, CFR, DDP (US/EU door-to-door), and EXW. For DDP to US Amazon FBA warehouses, we work with freight forwarders who handle customs clearance, ISF filing, and Amazon appointment scheduling. Air freight is 3–5x more expensive than sea but reduces transit from 25–35 days to 7–10 days — recommended for samples and urgent re-orders. Express (DHL/FedEx) is best for samples under 100kg.
Sea shipping: Shenzhen → US West Coast (Los Angeles/Long Beach) is 15–18 days; US East Coast (New York/Savannah) is 28–32 days; EU (Hamburg/Rotterdam) is 22–28 days; UK (Felixstowe) is 25–30 days; Australia (Sydney/Melbourne) is 18–22 days; Middle East (Jebel Ali) is 18–22 days. We provide door-to-door tracking and real-time container position updates.
For new buyers, we typically require 30% T/T deposit with order confirmation, 70% balance against copy of B/L (Bill of Lading). For repeat customers with established history, we can offer 50/50 or even net-30 OA terms with credit insurance. We accept USD, EUR, and RMB via T/T wire transfer, L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000, and PayPal for sample fees.
Sample fees (1.5x–2x unit price) are 100% refundable or can be deducted from your first bulk order above USD 5,000. Existing stock samples are usually free (3–5 pieces per item) with freight collect. Custom samples (custom color, custom logo) are chargeable. Courier costs (DHL/FedEx, 3–7 days) are paid by the buyer — we can prepay and add to the invoice, or you can provide your own courier account.
We follow AQL 2.5/4.0 inspection standards (Acceptable Quality Level) and provide pre-shipment inspection reports with photos. If you find defects exceeding AQL upon receipt, please send photos and a defect summary within 14 days, and we will offer replacement, credit note, or refund depending on the case. Long-term customers also get 0.3%–0.5% spare parts included in each shipment for warranty claims.
Yes. You can appoint SGS, BV (Bureau Veritas), TÜV, Intertek, or Asia Inspection for a pre-shipment inspection at the factory. Costs range from USD 300–500 per man-day. We also offer our own in-house QC at no extra charge: in-line inspections during production, AQL final inspection, and a detailed photo/video report sent to you 48 hours before container loading.
PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating is a vacuum-chamber process that bonds titanium nitride or zirconium compounds to stainless steel at the molecular level. It costs 2–3x more than standard chrome plating but is 8–10x more durable — the color won't fade, peel, or tarnish even after 500+ dishwasher cycles. Champagne gold, matte black, and rose gold are the most popular finishes for 2026–2028 retail and HORECA markets.
Bagasse is sugarcane fiber — a byproduct of sugar refining — molded into clamshells and bowls. It's microwave-safe (up to 120°C), freezer-safe, and home-compostable. PLA-coated paper is kraft paper with a thin PLA (polylactic acid, plant-starch based) lining for liquid resistance. PLA is best for cold drinks and salad bowls (up to 90°C), while bagasse is better for hot food and microwave reheat. We can recommend the right material for your application.
Our natural latex resistance bands are tensile-tested to withstand 30,000+ stretch cycles without snapping. Sets cover 5–40 lbs (light blue/red) up to 30–150 lbs (heavy black/gold). 100% natural latex (no synthetic blend) provides consistent elasticity. Many Amazon best-seller sets include 5 bands, door anchor, ankle straps, and a carry bag — a complete bundle at MOQ 1,000 sets.
Yes. We supply several boutique hotels and premium airlines with custom-embroidered toiletry bags and packing cube sets. Materials range from standard 900D polyester (cost-effective) to recycled rPET (sustainable), PU-coated nylon (water-resistant), and Cordura-style 1200D (premium). We can match your brand Pantone, add custom zipper pullers, woven labels, and retail gift boxes for corporate gifting or hotel amenities.
Yes. Stainless steel pet bowls can be laser-engraved (most popular) or pad-printed with your logo. Slow feeder bowls (plastic or ceramic) support custom colors and silicone pad printing. We can also design custom-shaped slow feeders with your unique pattern — minimum 3,000 pieces for mold modification. All pet products come with FDA, LFGB, or BPA-free certificates as needed.
