Our website serves as an information and communication platform. Submitting an inquiry or quotation request through our Site does not constitute a binding purchase order or contract unless confirmed through a separate written agreement.
3. Use of Our Website
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use our Site for legitimate business purposes, including:
- Viewing product information, specifications, and catalog materials
- Submitting inquiries, quotation requests, and sample requests

- Accessing publicly available content and resources
3.2 Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent inquiry or order information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality, servers, or networks

- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from our Site without authorization
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content obtained from our Site
- Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code through our Site
4. Quotations, Orders, and Commercial Terms
4.1 Quotations
Quotation requests submitted through our Site are informational only. A formal quotation will be issued separately by our team after review. Quotations are subject to:
- Product availability, material costs, and manufacturing capacity at the time of order
- Confirmation of specifications, quantities, packaging, and compliance requirements
- Valid for the period stated in the quotation document (typically 30 days)
4.2 Orders and Contracts
A binding commercial agreement is formed only when both parties sign a written purchase order, proforma invoice, or sales contract that specifies:
- Product descriptions, specifications, and quantities
- Pricing, payment terms, and currency
- Delivery schedule, shipping method, and destination
- Quality standards, inspection criteria, and acceptance terms
- Applicable trade terms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW per Incoterms 2020)
4.3 Pricing and Payment
All prices quoted are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rate fluctuations, and manufacturing conditions. Payment terms will be specified in the written agreement. Typical terms include:
- 30% deposit upon order confirmation; 70% balance before shipment (most common)
- 100% advance payment for sample orders and small trial orders
- Letter of Credit (L/C) for larger orders, subject to bank verification
4.4 Samples
Sample availability and pricing are determined on a case-by-case basis. Samples may be charged at cost plus shipping. Custom samples requiring new molds or special materials may incur additional charges and longer lead times, as communicated before proceeding.
5. Quality, Compliance, and Product Standards
Product quality and compliance are subject to the terms specified in the written purchase agreement. Key principles:
- Specifications: Products will be manufactured to the specifications confirmed in writing by both parties. Any changes must be documented and agreed upon before production begins.
- Inspection: We coordinate pre-shipment inspection (PSI) based on AQL standards as agreed. Third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek, or other designated agencies can be arranged at the buyer's request and cost.
- Compliance: Compliance testing (FDA, LFGB, EU food contact, CE, REACH, etc.) is coordinated based on the destination market and product category. Responsibility for ensuring products meet specific market requirements is shared as agreed in the contract.
- Disputes: Quality disputes will be resolved through inspection reports, photographic evidence, and good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be handled per the dispute resolution clause in the sales contract.

6.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Product images and specifications provided on our Site may be used for evaluation purposes only — commercial redistribution requires a separate licensing agreement.

As a China-based export company, WanLong International complies with applicable Chinese export laws and regulations. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the import regulations of their destination country, including:
- Import licensing, customs duties, and tariff classifications

We will not process orders that violate applicable export control laws, sanctions, or trade restrictions. We reserve the right to decline orders that cannot be legally fulfilled.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. For individual sales contracts, the governing law will be specified in the contract.
12.2 Dispute Resolution
We encourage good-faith negotiation as the first step in resolving any disputes. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through:
- Arbitration: International commercial disputes may be submitted to arbitration per the terms in the sales contract (e.g., CIETAC, ICC, or HKIAC arbitration)

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site at any time, without prior notice, for:
- Breach of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent, abusive, or disruptive behavior
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Business discretion (with reasonable notice where practicable)
Upon termination, your right to use our Site ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
